Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the swimwear or related product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags and hygiene seals attached. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Swimwear or beachwear that has been worn, washed, or without hygiene seals.

  • Personal items such as goggles, snorkels, or swim caps once opened.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (e.g., digital swim training guides)

  • Personalized or custom-made swimwear

To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming we have received your item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank—there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email team@azurecoastline.online and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
