Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand seasons, processing times may take longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by location:

  • USA Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Note: International orders may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Azure Coastline LLC is not responsible for these charges.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@azurecoastline.online within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
